Use these quick answers to get unstuck, protect your information, and choose the right BuhAI feature for the job.
Which feature should I use?
Use Tools when you need a predictable result such as a QR code, password, image resize, age, percentage, word, resume, or BMI calculation. Use AI when you want a draft, explanation, rewrite, study aid, or comparison. Use Chat when you want to continue a conversation or ask a follow-up. The Guides page connects each card to a practical walkthrough.
Why does an AI answer say it is unverified?
Auto and Web modes can look for current evidence, but a provider may be unavailable, rate-limited, or not configured for free use. In that case BuhAI uses its built-in helper and labels the freshness limit. Do not treat an unverified answer as current news, medical advice, legal advice, or a financial decision.
Where are my favorites and recent tools?
When signed out, they are saved only in this browser and can be removed from the cards. When signed in, the validated preference list is associated with your account so it can follow you to another device. Prompts, generated answers, and sensitive tool inputs are separate from these preferences.
What happens to a file or password I enter?
The QR, password, image, calculator, and resume utilities are designed for browser-side processing. Never paste secrets into a feature unless its notice says why the data needs to leave the browser. You can clear browser storage from your site-data settings; signed-in account data follows the controls shown on the account pages.
I need to report a bug or request a tool
Open the contact page, describe the page, device/browser, and exact button or input that failed, and include a small reproducible example that does not contain private information. Support is handled through the site form; the visible support address is buhaiph@gmail.com.
I am an authorized admin
Open the protected Admin workspace. The workspace separates dashboard, users, tools, messages, analytics, security, settings, audit logs, content, media, reviews, profile, and roles by server-enforced permission.
