Start with the space that matches your task

• Tools are focused utilities such as the QR Code Generator, Password Generator, Image Compressor, Age Calculator, Percentage Calculator, Word Counter, Resume Builder, and BMI Calculator. Their sensitive inputs are designed to run in your browser.
• AI is the structured workspace for explanations, rewriting, study, career, office, seller, content, and decision help. Submit only the details you are comfortable sending to the selected free-only provider or the built-in helper.
• Chat is the conversational BuhAI workspace. Auto, Web, and Off modes make freshness explicit; signed-in users can use account-scoped history and private attachments where the feature is available.
• Guides turn each tool and AI helper into a small, practical checklist with examples and a related action.

How free access and AI availability work

BuhAI starts with a Free plan and does not require a card. The built-in helper keeps the core experience available at no cost. Optional cloud providers are attempted only when a server-side key and an explicit free-tier confirmation are configured; an exhausted or unavailable provider falls back instead of silently using a paid model. Premium access is not active, and this site does not create automatic upgrades or charges.

Privacy, sign-in, and saved preferences

Browser-first tools keep inputs such as passwords, images, and calculator values on your device. Signed-out AI favorites and recent tools stay in local browser storage. After sign-in, the small validated preference list can be saved to your Supabase account so it follows you across devices. BuhAI does not store prompts or generated answers by default; review the notice shown by any feature that needs account storage or an external provider.

Account, billing, and admin access

Sign-in is optional for public tools. Your account pages manage profile details, private access, preferences, and the current Free plan; billing is informational while Premium checkout is unavailable. The Admin workspace is a separate protected area for authorized staff. Its role permissions, live Supabase data, audit trail, content metadata, and user workflows are enforced on the server, not just hidden in the browser.

What the status page can confirm

The API Status page reads the same safe status endpoint used by BuhAI and shows whether the built-in path, optional free providers, and web-search fallbacks are configured. It reports configuration honestly; it never exposes keys or claims a provider is healthy when it cannot verify that claim.
